it's a matter of the squeaky wheel getting the grease. and I don't believe that the decision makers in IT are getting how big of an issue this really is.

This, I think, is another example of UAF priorities getting diluted or downplayed as they float up to the SW level.

for instance adding 1-800 dialing to Zoom may alleviate a lot of these issues but that is a cost and I think it needs to be communicated how much this would help and that the cost is valid.

I don't know if it's UAF-SW I think it's more the message of rural campus voices getting lost in general.

UAF faculty have different training/workshops/events calendars (e.g., eCampus, Accelerator). Maybe staff should have a similar calendar?

If anyone knows a good trivia app or online game, I have found a few but would love to know what games have worked for others. I am a Dungeon Master currently on Saturdays for a D&D group so I am used to running something while using 3 different softwares.
