Great question, Ray!
Kristen Ogilvie {she-her}
01:03:01
I had the exact same thought; eliminating these spaces is harmful to students.
Kristen Ogilvie {she-her}
01:04:42
With regard to shared spaces, with the continued pandemic, how is physical distance and cleaning being considered?
Megan Ossiander-Gobeille
01:08:21
Are there plans for more wolfcard swipe entry points? PSB and SMH only have one apiece (which my students have already complained about).
stefanos folias
01:09:57
Megan, yes the Wolfcard swipe entries will be expanded in a future project.
Megan Ossiander-Gobeille
01:10:42
@Stefanos: Thanks. Do you have any estimate on when?
Sharyl Toscano
01:10:46
Is the space density including nights and weekends?
Lorelei Sterling
01:14:27
We also have 20 study rooms for use here in the library that can be reserved up to a week in advance. https://libguides.consortiumlibrary.org/studyrooms
Lorelei Sterling
01:15:05
Students use them for online courses as well as group study.
Barbara Brown
01:24:55
Is that through the Student Emergency Fund?
Veronica Howard (they/them)
01:25:00
What is the best way to get students connected with these sources of funding?
Ryan Buchholdt
01:26:23
Veronica, if you know of a student who has need please connect them with the folks at Financial Aid
Ryan Buchholdt
01:26:52
We are finding that a lot of students just don't know to ask
Lorelei Sterling
01:27:08
At other institutions I have worked at Federal Work Study has been much more available and it really helps support university departments if student workers have Work Study. Is there a reason it is not more available here at UAA?
Barbara Brown
01:27:22
Does this also apply for community campus students?
Jeffrey Johnson
01:57:35
Thanks Luann for the flexibility.
Rachel Graham
01:57:58
Yes, thank you from AAC also
LuAnn Piccard

Chairs & co-chairs of committees let us know when it's possible to get your charge on a page done. Also, let us know how we can help. If you want us to attend your meetings to help, also let us know. Happy to help.

We’re grateful for the seriousness and thoroughness with which the provost and chancellor engaged with the administrative review. I encourage all on the Faculty Senate to review the document. Thanks!
Sean Parnell
02:17:29
Thank you, Ian. We did spend a lot of time going through it and appreciate the suggestions made. We are working to implement. All the best,
Veronica Howard (they/them)
02:18:13
Thank you SO MUCH for continuing to offer technology support for students who need it. I have referred many students for computers this week.
Barbara Brown
02:19:12
I would like to request that the hours for the UAA Technical Support Center be increased to include later evening hours and Saturdays. If the use is up 30% our students obviously need this service!
Greg Protasel
02:19:35
I've got a question for Ben
Lorelei Sterling
02:20:32
Is there any way to make it so that the MFA works for more than just one day?
Kelly Smith
02:21:07
Is there any plan to push the MFA out to students?
